"We really enjoyed our 10 day stay, beds were comfortable and everything was clean, the pool was fantastic with an amazing view. Lots of space for two couples to relax and unwind yet within an hour of all the major towns and attractions. Jurgen was responsive to our needs and even helped us with the pizza oven. We will definitely consider staying here again."

Zum Strand kann man entweder zu Fuß gehen (wir haben 30 Minuten gebraucht) oder mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten hinfahren. "My family (6 of us, all adults) spent a week at this lovely farmhouse in Tuscany. The host is amazing and made sure we are comfortable and nothing is missing, she gave us a great and educational olive oil and wine tasting, the property is wonderful with olive trees all around and a large pool to enjoy, every bedroom had its own bathroom and the location is perfect for day excursions to see much of what Tuscany had to offer. "The property had plenty of space inside and out. A great view from the upper balcony and a lovely patio for outside eating. Tastefully furnished with antique furniture. The manager was there. To help with whatever we needed. Highly recommend Chianni as a place to stay."

"What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Grocery shopping is close by as well. Luigi and Franca were awesome. Luigi went out of his way to educate us on where to go in Tuscany and shared much about his interesting life history. Don't miss Franca's most amazing tiramisu. Sorry I didn't get the recipe!"

"Beautiful well appointed flat in the middle of Lucca! Steps away from all of th sites and sounds of the city! Kitchen, terrace, bedrooms /bathrooms were all pristine! Only complaint was contractors on scaffolding right outside the terrace and kitchen windows…..and the elevator was out of service for a 5th floor flat. A pre-arrival notification would have been appreciated as we would have attempted to find an alternate location without the walk up."

"The house was lovely, as described - and our landlords were lovely and uncomplicated people - although we had a language barrier, we had no problem communicating and they assisted us even when we had troubles with our car -which really is not their job!"

"We stayed in the room named Torre di Pisa and it has the most amazing view of the tower. It is literally 25 steps away. I would say this view ranks up there as one of the best in the world. Incredible! "
