"I original booked for 2 nights ,but my plan changed in last minus.So I asked if I could leave a small luggage behind , so that I can travel bit lighter, and promised pick up 2 days later, they refused and asked me to pay a huge amount of money to help me which is $1000 twd a day for storage , and not even wanted to try a solution for me. "Paid extra for a bigger room with windows. Instead, got a small, windowless room that looked nothing like any of the multitude of pictures provided. Called to request an explanation why and was told that it was the biggest room they had at the time. Then why did I have to pay extra to reserve such a room if it wasn't going to be available by the time I showed up? Bed frame was cracked, giving the mattress little support, and the frame creaked everytime you turn in bed. TV reception was buggy...
