Place was dirty. Bathroom sinks not draining. Overhead fan not working. Electrical outlets were half not working. Kitchen faucet not tight to the counter. Ants - ants - ants. Property manager was responsive but was downright strange. He does not understand the concept of customer is always right. I...

"The condo was well appointed and nicely laid out. The king sized beds were super comfortable and everyone had a great sleep. Lots of towels and kitchen supplies and snacks/coffee left by the host for our use. We will be back! "

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"Never received check in instructions, their phone contact was disconnected, went to property to try to figure it out. Couldn’t get in and it was disgusting! Fighting with VRBO for my money back! I had to find my own alternate arrangements after an 8 hour drive to get there! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! "
