Third time i have no hot water and they have to move me to an other room, annoying having to pack my stuff just to move one floor over. All the staff, food excellent service everyone in the facility was excellent. The rooms need some renovations, especially the bathroom. Peeling wallpaper, water damage to drywall and baseboard and warped door from water damage bathroom.
