"The location is perfect for Springfield. So many places in walking distance. Word of caution..if you have any disability this apartment is difficult to access. There are 37 steps with no elevator access. This limited our up and down. Unfortunately, as well the stove was inoperable as well. We are flexible travelers, so we were able to work around, The actual apartment is really nice. "

"Loved this place! Very convenient location within walking distance of the train station and several restaurants and cafes. Spacious and clean, fully stocked up with anything your average traveler might need. Only a couple hiccups. Tv sound isn’t great. The batteries in the fan remote for the main bedroom were dead. And be careful of the smaller shower. It leaks pretty badly bc the door doesn’t seal all the way. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. I much prefer it over a hotel. "

"The stay was wonderful, with a quiet atmosphere despite the presence of other guests. We stayed on the second floor of the house with three apartments. The host was welcoming and helpful. Light sleepers might find train horns and ambulance noises disruptive, and the stairs could be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, we had a restful and enjoyable time at the Audrey."

"Dislikes: Chairs provided were not comfortable, couch would have been better suitable. Bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain, leaving other guests hair behind. Bathroom door did not shut. Only one towel provided for entire stay per guest. Choice of soaps provided were less than desirable. Lamps provided did not work along with various outlets. Several times had to call office due to being locked out of main building. Likes: Location ideal for downtown commute. Washer and dryer...

"Everything was great with the room. Easy walking to many Lincoln attractions including the Lincoln Presidential Museum and the Lincoln Home. Well appointed kitchen - had everything we needed. Only issue was outside their control - many trains pass quite close by and they blow their whistles at every intersection all times day and night. Did impact our sleep to some extent. Otherwise everything was great."
