"We visit Pensacola every year. We usually bring our camper. This year we decided to rent a place. We were pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and toiletries provided. The neighbors were respectful and maintained a clean community area. We had no need to contact the owner with any issues as there were none. "I enjoyed the stay I was at this location 3 days . it was quiet for the most part. I only have one complaint. Bed sheets and pillow cases. They are not being discarded once they are stained - I can literally see the brown discoloration from a persons body because the motel staff is either using cheap bleach (instead of CLOROX) or NOT rotating their inventory properly. Meaning “out with the old, in with the new.” ANY tainted Discoloration on a bed sheet screams somebody’s skin cells and secreted...

"It was an ok place. We didn't spend much time there. The coffee maker was already full with water so I emptied it. Had bugs. Needless to say It was not used. "Arrived at property and noticed there weren’t many vehicles, but people hanging out in parking lot — pool was the color of swamp water and looked similar to the swamps in Louisiana — the person working desk walked us to our room and before we walked through hallway doorway to where the guest rooms are, it smelled terrible— when the room was shown to us, it was “creepy”— one bed had a quilt on it, did not match other bed and looked as if someone was living in the room and had decorated (tried to)...
