"We discovered the ranch almost by accident as we had a spare day before our flight home to the UK from Nashville, and decided to visit Georgia to tick off another State. We were recommended the Ellijay area, and settled on this as a good area choice and somewhere a little different. It's certainly different! "Home had a random stranger staying in the “middle room”. This is not a rental all to yourself. Not a situation you would ever feel comfortable for your family. We left immediately after tour. This place shouldn’t be listed on vrbo, maybe the other rental place, but this was not as advertised. Of course vrbo didn’t refund, absolutely pathetic business."
