The Space:
Roper Villa has tasteful and luxurious interiors throughout. The property has a delightful main living room which is the real hub of the house. With two comfy sofas, green armchair, and a flat screen Smart TV, this is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day. Beautifully styled, you’ll find patterned cushions and colourful wall art throughout the space.
Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the shaker style kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals easily. You can make use of the oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and washer/dryer so it’s ideal for longer staycations.
Also sharing this space is the dining area which includes a large table and seating for all guests. You can enjoy meals here with the rest of your party or work here as it also doubles up as a laptop friendly workspace.
Roper Villa has three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom is a spacious king room while you'll find double beds in bedroom two and three. Each bedroom has premium bed linens and bedding to ensure you have a great night’s sleep.
The bathroom has a bathtub with handheld shower, along with a separate walk-in shower, WC and basin. Please note the bathroom is a Jack & Jill style and has direct access into one of the bedrooms.
Outside you’ll find a beautiful, well-maintained garden area with external lighting, water feature and outdoor seating. Ideal for warmer days, you can eat al fresco style or take your business calls in the sunshine.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Roper Villa are accessed via a key safe box and full details will be provided prior to check in. Please be aware that a Ring Camera Doorbell has been installed for security reasons.

One of the most famous and culturally significant cities in the UK, there is plenty for you to explore here. Just a few steps away from Canterbury High Street and a short walk from Greyfriars and Westgate Gardens, you’ll be perfectly placed to explore the city.
Discover Canterbury Cathedral which is one of the most iconic landmarks in England and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With stunning architecture, intricate stained-glass windows and a rich history, it’s no surprise it has over one million visitors per year!
You can also visit The Westgate Towers Museum and Viewpoint where you can enjoy spectacular views of the city from the top of the largest surviving medieval gateway in England and learn all about the city.

Getting Around:
You’ll find restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance from Roper Villa, so you’ll be ideally placed to enjoy a staycation in Canterbury.
Both of Canterbury’s rail stations have regular journeys to Margate, Ramsgate, London St Pancras and London Charing Cross. Plus, the journey into London is under 1 hour with Southeastern trains which is handy!
If you’re travelling by coach, the National Express coach stop is a short walk away from the property.
The nearby towns of Ashford, Broadstairs, Dover and Margate can be reached via car under 45 minutes so Kent can be explored easily. If you fancy heading to the seaside, the beautiful town of Whitstable is a short 20-minute drive away.
If you intend to explore by bus, you'll find routes to the University of Kent, Whitstable, Herne Bay and Margate.
