"We had a family break, 14 YO and 12 YO The hotel room setup meant we had to take two rooms and there's no adjoining rooms There's 4 or 5 different dining options and I was staggered to see each had a different menu. We only ate at the lobby bar and no complaints. The cocktails are great. Usual wait for lifts but nothing bad to say A pool wasn't a priority but they have two. 23rd floor one is always super busy. 3rd floor one was fine for me and my daughter to swim. The rooms are a good specification, comfortable beds, nice shower and wc in separate rooms. Location is away from most of the better dining options and the main sites. Google led us to some very dingy areas looking for food. Metro is essential. Super close to the better beaches. "

"We loved the rooftop pool. What a view, lovely big dkuffy towels available for large sun loungers. We also enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar to admire the city by night. Staff always on hand and willing to help. Very smiley, smart and professional. Rooms cleaned, tidied and beds made every day. The beds are incredibly comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great, a good selection of hot and cold items everyday. A late check out was no problem and they were able to store our luggage during our last day. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel—everything from the luxurious amenities to the stunning, modern design exceeded my expectations. The room and interior spaces were absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and immaculately maintained. All of the staff were attentive, professional, and treated me with genuine warmth and respect. Room service staff, in particular, were excellent, and the food was top-notch across the board. While the breakfast service was a bit hit or miss at times, the quality of the food itself was consistently excellent. A few suggestions for improvement: consider upgrading the in-room phones to allow direct room service calls, expanding the room service menu, and offering access to additional streaming platforms beyond YouTube. Also, better outreach or advertising with local taxi services could help make it more known that the hotel is open and operating. Overall, a fantastic experience—I look forward to staying again!"

"We started our holiday at a hotel a few meters down the road and that hotel was a disaster. Atzavara saved our holiday. The room was spotless and the facilities were excellent. My little girl (8) loved the food, pool and kids club activities. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. If I were to go to Santa Susanna again I would definitely be back at this hotel.
