There is a small village nearby with supermarket and pharmacy for essentials. "My family and I stayed here for 8 nights in this comfortable, cool beach house conveniently close to the beach, a mini-mart, and Santa Teresa. It is in a great location to explore many of the other wonderful beaches and historical sites of northern Sardinia. Check-in was easy thanks to Guilano's good communication, and Patricia was very nice at check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"I couldn’t ask for more, such a lovely little cottage in the most perfect location. The house has everything you need, modern and new. Literally 3 feet out the door is the Tyrrhenian Sea, in all it’s clarity and deep turquoise and blue. Despite a couple days of rain, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Hosts are very responsive and available if needed. Can’t wait to return!"

"Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"So the main problem was that the portion of the villa you get is the lower ground level underneath the owner’s private quarters. It felt quite claustrophobic. The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. "What a delightful experience. While the hotel provides amazing views and a wonderful location (a minute to the beach, 10 min walking to downtown), it is really the staff that puts it on top. We felt taken care of throughout the stay and they went above and beyond several times. Careful selection of only fresh and local ingredients for all of their cuisine. They have undergone new management and a big refurb so better take advantage now before the secret gets out. Thank you all for the experience!"
