"Don’t be seduced by the pool or view. There are no bins as you have to take away your own rubbish although they give your a barcode to dispose of it. There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also no wifi in the property but we were told we could access it outside by using the code in reception but its really slow when working. The kitchen area was small and quite unuseable and also you are not provided with any cloths, detergent or tea towels to clean up with but...

"This apartment was great. The neighborhood was amazing with everything walking distance. Host communication was good. They always answered. The bus stop is not too far. Recommend a car to go to the beaches or the bus. Only thing is the shower is a little small. But overall, a wonderful place. Would love to come back. "

"There was good communication in advance which is always helpful. The apartment was true to the photos. It is a 15 minute walk along the road straight into the heart of lovely Sta Teresa di Gallura centre. "Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. "
