"We have stayed in numerous locations throughout Europe, but this has been our favorite stay so far. The accommodations are beautiful, unique with charm and character and yet exceptionally clean and modern. Elena from the front desk was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and had a very nice quality & variety to it. "We loved our stay in the villa. The location felt rural enough but was also only a 10 minute walk into town (it’s a bit steep though) where there were some great bars, restaurants and a little shop. The pool has a great view and there is plenty of land (including an onsite vineyard). We had some challenges finding the villa by car due to some roadworks and the person who met us did not speak any English (we don’t speak any Italian), however a call to the property managing agent sorted this out....

Lots of space for two couples to relax and unwind yet within an hour of all the major towns and attractions. Jurgen was responsive to our needs and even helped us with the pizza oven. "Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Ausflüge. Zum Strand kann man entweder zu Fuß gehen (wir haben 30 Minuten gebraucht) oder mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten hinfahren. Der Sandstrand hat einen Rettungsschwimmer und das Wasser ist erst flach und wird langsam tiefer. Auch ideal für Kinder. Uns hat die Unterkunft und der wunderschöne Garten sehr gefallen. Ich habe so gut geschlafen! Die Matratzen waren toll. Wir waren nur zu zweit im...

"The Housekeeper was very open, caring and helpful, with plenty recommendations for trips, nice places, food etc. The House was perfect for our Family needs with 3 Kids. The area ist really nice with lovely beaches around If you don't mind to drive litte distances. WE really enjoyed our Holidays here."

Drei große, schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, drei voll-ausgestattete Bäder und eine sehr große, überdachte Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht nach Süden. Sehr ruhig gelegen, kein Verkehr, keine lauten Nachbarn. Mit dem netten Verwalter vor Ort hatten wir wenig Kontakt (spricht nur Italienisch), es gab aber auch keine Probleme zu klären. Übergabe völlig unkompliziert. Perfekt."

"Sehr Schönes gepflegtes Haus in der Toskana, Es hat in der küche an nichts gefehlt. Großer Wohn und Essbereich. Top klima gerät in allen Zimmern alles in allem wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Kontakt zu Dino und Paola war immer da, sie haben uns auch mit highlights in der nähe versorgt. Ohne Auto ist die anfahrt etwas schwierig, da es ein feldweg mit steigung zum Haus ist, der sich über ca. 1,5 km zieht . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Ruhe genossen. "Stayed here the last 4 nights of our 2 week vacation. Loved the peace and quiet. No car, train or plane noise at night. Beautiful location centrally located to Voltare, Siena and other villages. The villa had all the amenities we needed. Nothing fancy but clean and efficient. Comfortable beds!! Host met us there and was very helpfull. I would recomend to others and would stay again."

"Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno presso questa struttura e ci ha stupiti positivamente superando ogni nostra aspettativa. I cottage sono splendidi, letti comodissimi e gli spazi generosi. La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno.
