"We absolutely adored this property! The pictures dont do it justice. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and the grounds were amazing. Everything we could have hoped for for our stay in Tuscany! Also, Luigi and his family (the owners of the property and restaurant) were sweet and helpful. The owners of the VRBO were great with communication and suggestions and even when we had a small problem with the washer. I would absolutely recommend this place to others! "

"We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). "We stayed here in Monteverdi for a month with our two older kids (and our dog) and had an amazing stay - we didn't want to leave! The whole family is so warm and welcoming. They made us feel like family and helped us with anything needed. The town is in the hills about 30 min from the sea and it was so easy to drive to various towns, cities, and natural sights like the geothermal museum. We could easily walk to the grocery and restaurants within 5 minutes and enjoyed the local thermal baths...

"Our stay was off season so staff was light. What staff was there did excellent job and incredibly friendly and helpful. Property was very clean except light over stove. It’s close to the beach so floors get dusty quick. It was perfect for our pets. Beds are only OK. The pillows wonderful. Had to have maintenance up 3 times to fix flusher on toilet, fixed by 2nd day for rest of stay. Small water heater means rinse, turn off water, shampoo/soap, turn on water to rinse. I’m sure ok for summer...

"Colloritto is just gorgeous. Felt just like I had imagined Tuscany would feel like. The apartment is amazing and has beautiful furniture and is well equipped. The hosts were lovely and easy to deal with. If you expect a pool though be sure to enquire it is set up as I had searched and filtered properties with pools but when we arrived it wasn’t there. Would have have been pleasant on those hot evenings. Apart from this we absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone...

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Garten war voll eingezäunt, dass uns und unseren Hund freute. Alles hat funktioniert und es war sehr gemütlich.
