"The toilet in our room did not work, we checked in around 2200 and they did not have another room to move us too, so we had to use the toilet in reception. I would have expected a hotel with this number of rooms to have a call out procedure 24 hours a day for facilitiy failures that impact the guest experience, so it was disapointing that the staff on duty did not have any contingney arrangments that allowed them to call a plumber. Otherwise a good location, and a comfortable hotel."

"it was a terrible experience. We book 3 rooms for 3 nights. Suppose to be a none smoking rooms/floors but room was smelling like an ashtray . TV was not working.
