"I satay in this hotel last year that was great and the only reason I booked this again this yer but it wasn’t like last yer the 2 room I have booked it was smelling very bad and I phone some one in reception for extra blanket they refuse to bring me one . Very bad service no more for me in this hotel I’m paying for it I will go to a different hotel next time "

"2nd stay for business. I was welcomed personally by the Duty Manager, wished a happy birthday and left a huge birthday cake and sweets in my room. They also helped me find a new travel adapter when mine broke. "
