"This house worked well for my family, sister-in-law and 2 of my kids’ friends. The back yard had a lot of mosquitos so we didn’t spend as much time out there as we had planned, but we still had a great time. The host was very responsive. "

"Paul was very attentive and prompt in our communications. Everything was spelled out in the agreement and everything from booking to departing went smoothly. The house is located about a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and small quaint town nearby. Everyone had a great time and the house was great for our gathering. First thing we noticed was the extremely large dining table which was great for all our purposes. Located amongst the corn & alfalfa fields in a very quiet but beautiful area....

"Musty smell, live and dead bugs inside house, no AC so was way too hot, terrible smell from sulfer water, dining room table was really dirty and we had to wash the table cloth because it was so dirty. We only stayed 3 nights out of our 7 we had booked and of course there's no refunds. Would not recommend to anyone!"

"Our group was staying in the area for an event in Corning. The location was ideal, everything was within 20 minutes. The house is very spacious and could accommodate a large group easily. We have already rebooked for next year!"

"House is cozy and so much to do. Really close to a small town and the many amenities gave us plenty to do for a nice winter stay. Views are amazing and beds are super comfy! We even bought sleds and had a little outdoor fun on the large beautiful lot. We were very happy to see the snow plow come do the long driveway for us so we didn't have to worry about it. If I had to nit pick the only thing I wasn't prepared for was the well water but in this area on the beautiful property it makes sense....

"This was probably the cleanest VRBO that Shirl and I have ever stayed in. The house was beautiful, well decorated, very accommodating and we felt at home. The winter views from the large windows were picturesque and so relaxing. Although we didn't use the outside amenities, the indoor fireplace was warm and inviting. The home was very well stocked from utensils to amenities and written information. We can't wait to return in the warmer weather. We highly recommend this property. "
