"It is rather hard to get to Mai Chau but we think it is worth a visit. Staff is really friendly and nice but their English is not that good so google translate was a great help. Place is charming, comfortable but a bit basic.. The scenery is breathtaking and they lend you bicycle for a ride…which we did! It was hard work but SO so worth it! The pool is very handy and cold (for a change) so just the ticket when it is so hot! ‘The breakfast is a bit basic but it’s in a very remote area. Not...

La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente. "
