"We arrived late in the evening after driving about 13 hours. The young lady at the front desk was great! The hotel was modern and clean. The fitness room was fine and breakfast at Starbucks was yummy!"

"Like: Cookies at the front desk! Recommend: Tell guests about the window curtains. I tried to tug and pull the outer, visible curtains shut, but no--they wouldn't budge. So we had to do with bright lights coming through the window all night long. Not good for sleep. Little did I realize that there was a hidden set of curtains behind the visible curtains. Oh well-- next time I'll know better."
