"The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was that there was hair in the floor of the bathroom and the bathtub when we first got there. While I was eating breakfast, and only four other people in the eating area, staff swept literally underneath my feet not once but twice. I felt rushed and just really that it was a bit rude. "

They even let the other person I stayed there with stay over until 1pm waiting for his ride to come get him so he wasn’t out in the cold! Only bad thing I can say about it, is that I only had one wash rag I had to ask for more. "

I was not happy eating and drinking from styrofoam, also the bagels were very old and were wrapped in plastic, just like the fruit. It was like eating at a gas station. We stay at IHG hotels frequently, mostly because we like the breakfasts there and we like the ambience, they should at least have paper plates available, we pay a premium price to be there."
