"Excellent stay. The house was lovely and stocked with all the dishes and glasses / pots and pans you could need. The coffee makers were ideal. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, we rarely used the indoor one. Also stocked with all the condiments you could wish for. Having said all that, there is a great beach bar/resto within 2 mins walk and clearly in the summer there are more. Jose the host was charming and accommodating when we had a flight delay."

"This is a great property perched high on the hill above the town with super sea and beach views up the coast. There are 40 steps up from the road. Easy parking. The house is very well equipped (except for a pizza cutting wheel😉) Lots of outside seating and sun loungers. Great terraces on two levels and lots of different garden areas. Arenys is a busy little town with lots of cafes, bars and shops. Worth exploring. Choice of beaches."

"Property has potential but the attention to detail from the owner/management company was really poor. Pool wasn’t clean on arrival and was murky. Only three useable/working sunbeds by the pool. No kettle in the kitchen. No pool balls and cues available despite being advertised. No working table tennis table, infact the table was shocking condition. "Traveling with a group of 6 friends and this particular rental was our worst on the trip. The house has a very strong odor and some of the blankets/pillows on beds and couches smelled of cat urine (feral cats are common in the region), there was also an ant problem which ruined much of our fresh food. The rooms we booked were caravan type accommodation and are clean with portable kitchen and AC and heating options. It is safe gated area and have the shops and cofee places at a walking distance. A personal vehicle will be an added advantage as its far from Barcelona. "
