"Had to search for the key to get in. No prior indication of where to find it. Was greeted by a dirty mop bucket with water, right inside the door. Found several various items tucked in couch..: dog toys, bottle of soda, electric hair trimmer. Bathroom was filthly, did have new towels. Painters tape still on wall in shower, odd signs hanging on doors. Driveway was covered in ice, no rocksalt. Property completely dated. Light bulb above stove exploded sending glass everywhere. No cleaning...

"Property was very clean and welcoming. No surprises at all. Plenty of space for our party of 6. Location is close to Ithaca and Cornell. Only concern was lack of seating for groups over 4. "

"This was home base for a Thanksgiving with family. The house is absolutely spotless, with comfortable modern rooms and lots of space to spread out. The house is set back from the road with a secluded backyard with a deck and a fenced in area, you’d never know the grocery store and mall are 5 minutes away, and downtown Ithaca is a short drive. The kitchen was well stocked, and communication with Laurie the owner was excellent. "

"The Floral St home was perfect for our family trip to Ithaca! Excellent location to everything, the river, pathway, all-things Ithaca and Cornell! Loved the hottub and sunrise river view. The house had all the amenities we needed, was clean and comfortable. Nice large kitchen table and spaced living room. Excellent host communication and easy check in/out process! We hope to come back! "

"House was excellent, very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Host was easy to communicate. Had one HVAC issue and the host had someone there ASAP and fixed it. View was awesome in October. Just outside of town and easy to get to and fro. "

"This is a property that exemplifies an absentee owner. It was clean inside but exterior was not well maintained. Fire pit rotted through, life vests moldy and deck smelled bad. The lake is beautiful to look at but full of seaweed and has water moccasin snakes around. It does have a two person limit so it’s overpriced."

"We came here for my best friend's bachelorette weekend. Loved the place, very clean and a good space for large groups. Honestly, loved the water pressure. We ended up locking ourselves out by accident and Erik was quick to figure out how to get us back in which was so appreciated since we were in a bit of hurry at the time. "
