"This was my second time in this hotel and I liked it very much this time, too. Everything is very clean, the design appeals to me personally (a skilful and high-quality combination of classic and modern) and the staff are courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, I had a problem at one point: the day before my departure, I asked reception for a late check-out next day (as it was offered to me as an Expedia Status member during check-in) and was granted this. When I wanted to go to my room the next day around midday, my room card no longer worked. It turned out at reception that my request had obviously not been noted. However, the reception staff reacted professionally and allowed me to use the room until 2pm without any problems. This issue was solved well, but it still was a bit unpleasant for me that the incident occurred. Nevertheless, it was another great stay and I will gladly come back one day."
