A beautiful property with fantastic restaurants on site. The resort has a large family pool with a swim up bar where you could spend the entire day. Rooms are well proportioned and most have an ocean facing room. A great gym on-site however it did get busy in the mornings and at times, it was difficult to find an available treadmill. Overall, a great resort with friendly staff.

My husband and I are in love with this property. From the moment you arrive, the hospitality and customer service is incredible. The room they gave us was spectacular as were all the services and all the attention received. The restaurants are all first class, but La Punta is special. Thank you very much to all the staff who treated us wonderfully. We can't wait for our next vacation at Nizuc Resort.

If you’re looking for 5 star quality, michelin star chefs, the food is amazing! Spa is also a 5 star, with hydro pools and services. Most of all is the staff, they make your experience the very best! I was extremely impressed with Nizuc Report and Spa. The views and the design aesthetics were absolutely stunning. Pictures couldn’t possibly do it justice. Every detail was thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly and was eager to assist us with anything we could possibly need. The culinary experience was incredible. We tried the 12 course tasting menu at the Ramona which included some of the best food I have ever tasted. I literally didn’t know food could be that good, and we’re from New York City. Nizuc was not cheap, but it was worth every penny. It was heavenly.

The resort is beautifully designed and has many lovely dining options. But it is the charming staff that really makes the difference. Warm smiles and a gracious gesture (right hand to heart) as a greeting. Spa services were top notch as well. A few housekeeping glitches were easily overcome by the many positive experiences at this resort.
