Where to start with this place… do not, do not, do not stay here. No idea how this place got such a high review. 1. The entire room and other rooms have a major humidity issue and this will come in later and a major problem. 2. I got sick with a sinus infection (after years or not getting such a sniffle) because there was mold in the AC. When I complained they couldn’t help me. I only booked for two days, so I was going to make the best and just leave and stay somewhere else. 3. That decision to stay almost cost me my life, why? Well I was startled out of my bed around 2 AM to a burning smell as it rubber was on fire. Immediately checked my phone, but nope that wasn’t it. After further inspection it was the microwave in the room. I immediately grabbed my valuables and told the staff. Once again all they could do was tell me the manager will talk to me in the morning and I didn’t argue went to bed. 4. The manager in the morning had the audacity to tell me that I possibly did something wrong (in a humidity filled hotel where water was dripping from even the microwave) and told me they needed to investigate. I didn’t even argue for a refund, grabbed my things and went on my way. Expedia needs to delist this property and I’ll make this comment so when or if someone lose their life, Expedia will be held responsible as for knowing that there is a major issue at this hotel. So again do not stay here. It’s unsafe and they are in no rush to fix it.

Primera vez en esta cadena y realmente encantado del valor por dinero que ofrecen! Su personal de lo mejor. Muy cómodo y accesible todo. Quizás renovar toallas y sabanas no seria malo! Y poner deshumidificadores en las habitaciones, es increíble que el piso se mantenga húmedo! Pero se que lidiar con el clima de una selva tropical no debe ser sencillo!! Definitivamente invitado a regresar y buscarlos como opción en las otras ciudades donde están!

Worst Experience
Floor was constantly wet all night long. Water seeps up through the floor tile and makes it very slippery and dangerous. Told the front desk. They had absolutely no reaction at all. Just stared at me. Very rude. Didn't say hi or bye or thank you. Just took the key and walked off. No water, cups, silverware, nothing in the room to cook with. Stay away and go some place where they have a pulse beating.
