Property was fine, food options are sufficient, distance to places of interest are not the greatest but good for a tight budget. Facilities eg. Pool and washroom, and kitchen area can be improved. If youre only here to enjoy most of the day and sleep at night on a budget then this is the place for you.

The property was a good budget option if you want to be economical and want to avoid the resorts. It is a good place if you intend to be roaming around the city and will be using the hotel only to crash at night like me. The room given was very spacious enough for 2. It’s nice and quiet and around 20 mins walk to the main happening area. What I did not like about the place was that they did not have someone sitting at the reception 24 hrs and so for any problem I had to call the number listed on Google and then inform the person who picks up who will then communicate it to the guy who is somewhere in the premises. This is a major inconvenience and turn off.

Gorgeous property..basic rooms. No fridge or microwave. Was woken twice at 7am by a worker knocking on neighbors door for breakfast. Not soundproofed at all. For a basic stay great rates serves its purpose...would rebook in a pinch

Casa Maraf Hotel is a great value! The location is a short walk from a few food options, and Tortuga Beach and the main Hotel District are also not far! The location is quiet and safe, and the room has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff are incredibly helpful!

We stayed at this hotel as our flight was canceled and rebooked for the next day. Room was large and clean. Security guard onsite at night which made the site feel secure. Neighbourhood was mostly residential and very quiet. Restaurant and convience store nearby.

One of the Best Budget Hotel in Cancun Hotel Zone.
Staffs were super friendly. Staff helped me to check-in 3 hours early. The room was very clean and spacious. I wanted to stay here more, but it was already booked. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back to Cancun. The location is little far away from the main club area, but it’s good exercise to walk. There are convenience stores and restaurants in 3 minutes walk, so it was convenient.

I was recently in this place and I love it. It’s close to everything like restaurants, beaches, downtown, public transportation etc. The area is known to be a private area which provide an extra security. You can literally be walking at night without no safety concerns. This will definitely be my go to place anytime I visit Cancun.

Nice staff, very quiet and tidy. Have always been on my own in the small garden. - The pool is just nice to look at. No leader to get in or out, too less water, the filterpump is not running (due to less water?)

The property was poorly maintained. The shower in the bathroom would not turn off, the toilet was broken, the wifi didn’t work and there were plastic sheets over the mattress. The staff also disappeared from the property in the evening and were difficult to contact. I would not recommend staying there.

PROS -Nice front desk staff. -Very nice and helpful security guards. -Had a public kitchen. CONS -Internet crashes very frequently. -Only 2 bath towels provided, no other towels. -Mold behind bathroom sink. -Did not fill soap dispenser. -Did not get the room we reserved, ended up with a smaller room. -Low water pressure in shower. -Most tours don't pick up from this hotel, but can pick up from hotel across the street.
