I was in disbelief on how beautiful this place was. The hotel looks like a museum, the rooms are so spacious and the staff is accommodating. I love the experience. Kattia in the reception was kind, great attitude and helpful. Dimitri cooked us everything we requested, the food was fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to go back. The only little thing they need to improve is the internet.

Double check your listing before you arrive!
We booked a room with 2 King beds. We arrived and were given 1 bed. We were told that they were sold out. We complained and asked for a manager and were told they were unavailable. Later on they gave us an additional room, making my friend and I separated. We didn't get the 2 beds until the 2nd night, but we were forced to check out, leave the property for 4 hours and then come back. We again asked for a manager but they were unavailable again. I find this very hard to believe because hotels.com customer service agent was told something different by the staff. The staff in the restaurant were very kind and efficient. I will give them credit for that. It was a convenient location, and I would consider staying here again.

I interacted basically with the people in the restaurant, Bely, Benny, Ruben and Ivan and the attention was excellent. I can say that the staff is very good and they offer the best service they can give

pros: Excellent food, services, and location. cons: need to walk a little bit (about three blocks) to reach the beach, rooms lack of windows and natural light. quality/price: seems to be balanced. I would definitely stay again.

Property not at all as advertised. No security or even a door to enter the property. It is an old converted shopping mall. Rooms have no privacy. There are no amenities. Just horrible.

Hotel barato, sin playa, cerca de zona comercial
Es barato, limpio, y las habitaciones son amplias. Te obsequian café y pan por las mañanas. No tiene playa. Queda muy bien para estudiantes o personas de trabajo, que no pagarán un vtp porque no estarán todo el día en el hotel, sino que tienen que salir. Lo único malo es que no me pudieron dar mi factura, ahora tendré que solicitarla a expedia directamente. Algo malo, para los que tenemos familia, es que no aceptan niños.
