"A cozy tiny house, on a sunny mountainside with great views. In a calm, authentic little town. A great surprise for us was the path, just at the end of the garden, who takes you on a beautiful trip around the mountain. There is other great trails further up the mountain (starts 10 min. away in car), with spectacular views. We used it for skiing, and tried Cervina, Valtournence, Thorgnon and Chamois. We had our best day at Chamois, even that's the smalles and cheapest ski resort I have ever...

The pellet stove for cold nights was appreciated. Good walking to various Refuges and a couple of local restaurants a short stroll away. Within driving range of Aosta, Gran Paradiso and the St Bernard passes (Great and Small). The owner is very helpful and easy to contact."

When I booked, the listing said that I would not have to share with travellers outside my own party and yet I ended up having to share with an absolute stranger.
