This listing is only for the larger downstairs unit, which has its own separate entrance from the other upstairs unit. The Main Sail's front door is located closest to the road you drive in on, which is located on the opposite side of the house than the upstairs unit's entrance that is facing the lake upstairs. It's important to note that another group may be renting the other unit however we have dedicated two completely separate outdoor hang out spaces for each of the two units to maintain privacy and respect. We have had zero issues in this department and just ask for everyone to communicate if there ever is any issue whatsoever, most importantly send me a message or give me a quick call first! When renting the more spacious MainSail unit you will not have to climb stairs to enter. The deck out the back sliding glass door facing the lake is newly renovated and this unit has an amazing lake view!!
To recap, this listing is for the upstairs unit but our property includes two separate units, each can be rented individually and we have a combined listing that we offer (airbnb.com/h/whitewaters) that you can have the whole place to yourself as one large vacation rental! The Main Sail has a sprawling footprint, extremely spacious so you can spread out for privacy and features 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with its own private back deck to entertain!

South Shore Nautical is unique in that it also houses two other amazing individual businesses on the same property: South Shore Wines and ConeHeads Caribbean Ice Cream. South Shore Wines is a MUST SEE, it is a quaint boutique wine store which sells unique, small production, rare, international and popular name brand wines! They have more variety and selection than anyone around. SSW also sells cider and ice. ConeHeads Caribbean Soft Serve Ice Cream Store is a local's favourite! Ask for my dad Stanley if you go to any of these three businesses and let him know you are staying across the street, he will take care of you! All three are local staples and you do not want to miss checking this place out!! Walking distance!

No smoking and no recreational or illegal drug use whatsoever on the property. Any evidence of smoke in the home after check out will be subject to a $300 fine and any guests found to be partaking in illegal drug use while still inhabiting the home will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued and possible legal ramifications will ensue

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please no food or drink in the bedrooms, guests will be liable to compensate the host for any stains.

It is self-check-in and out with a smart code that will be given a few days before your booking. Guests are required to lock all windows and doors before they depart.

Pets must be approved before entering the home. If pets are brought in without consent from the host there will be a $250 fine and depending on the circumstances all guests may be removed from the property without a refund.

Parties are not allowed under any circumstances unless prior notice and permission is given such as a family gathering, large birthday, significant event, etc. All must be cleared by the host before booking
