"Check in went smoothly. Staff refer guests to Royalton app to book the restaurants on site, everything was already booked out for guests arriving mid week & staying less than a week. Niyus the bellman was friendly & offered many suggestions for enjoying our stay in St Lucia. Room was nice but smells Moldy-needs better ventilation system (understandable that the tropical climate and humidity adds to this) Towels in the room also felt damp. "This was avery friendly and casual small resort. The staf were very professional and kind. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely view. Two smaller pools with lounges and umbrellas. Guests who were early risers reserved best location. The buffet was best at breakfast. Wonderful to eat on the large, lovely veranda. "It was great property for adults. It had a good beach great pool area and the grounds were well kept. I would suggest that the food options expand to include more pool options and that the main dining area at night consider a higher profile on their menu it can be better. "

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"

"Really enjoyed the food and the service was great. Resort itself is very picturesque and great views out to sea watching the cruise ships arrive and depart. But, the sea is very rough with a red flag every day so if you are coming for the watersports, the Grande is a much better option. And because the beach isn't used as much as the Grande, there is a battle every morning to get the best located sunbeds. One of you will need to be up by 6:30am to secure a spot.
