"Daisy Lodge was just perfect. It truely felt like a home from home and had everything you would possibly need. It was lovely and clean and Helen the owner gave us lots of information for things to do and see. I honestly could not fault it and would highly recommend. "

The owners were also fabulous and responded to all our questions and were super helpful with places to eat in the area. "We stayed for two nights in the pig pod. It was extremely comfortable and cosy. Children loved the built in bunk beds. Great location with wonderful views and quick access to the heart of the lakes. Enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the fire pit. Wonderful stay and will visit again."

"Very clean and tidy, perhaps a little dated but the hot tub more than made up for it. Stress and hassle free the check in process was easy. The site is very well maintained making it an all round relaxed and very enjoyable stay."

"Lodge is set in a great location on the park with great views from the outside decking. The sofa in the lodge could do with replacing as there is a smell coming from it. The listing advised a smart TV in the lodge but this was a freeview TV so no netflix , Amazon TV etc. Overall we had a great stay and would return but would be nice to have a upto date TV & new sofa."

"This place is not about the cleanliness or hygiene, it about getting back into the natural world, seeing Mother Nature at her best, taking advantage of the lovely wilderness.
