"Felt like staying at a family home rather than a hotel. Comfortable and homey, with quality coffee every morning. Enjoyed talking with the owners, as well as fuzz therapy with the hotel cat staff. Lovely views and easy access to everywhere. There are stairs, a lot of them, but won't bother you so long as your legs work and you're not weak."

"We liked the closeness to the airport but not being so isolated from restaurants and shops. The water was out for approximately 6 hours and they did not provide free bottled drinking water. We had to pay $2.00 a bottle and the person behind the counter was not very nice when telling us. We definitely should not have had to pay. We paid for a hotel with water. There was nowhere close to walk to get water without paying for a taxi to get it. I really needed water to take my medicine. "

"The views are just amazing! We were at the top level and it did require a lot of walking which as very steep but they have a shuttle service if needed. The pools are great. Small little beach area is not much but you could snorkel off it. It’s rocky. Water from restaurant was good and beautiful - most servers amazing but one or two were very grumpy. We had reservations at their higher end restaurant which when we went was closed and we had not gotten a call to let us know. Then next day the beach restaurant closed but that was they day we were going. The Coki beach area is awesome with a great little dive shop to rent snorkel gear or to take guided scuba dives. Highly recommended. Also power went out across the island on the day we were leaving so really did not affect us and they said it does happen from time to time. Would definely recommend staying here."

"We had a wonderful view from our place. Everyone was very nice. Only issue to bring up is the speed of service for breakfast and lunch . "

"Shaun Saunders the hotel clerk was super awesome and amazing. His staff and security helped everyone out when needed a taxi or location suggestions. Recommend 10/10 for anyone coming to St. Thomas for their first visit "
