"Great hotel, friendly staff, fantastic location! Different DJ every day playing disco tunes by the pool, a lovey relaxed vibe! Yoga on Saturday and Monday mornings while overlooking the water. The hotels.com listing calls out that the rooms are soundproof, which isn’t true. You can hear everything in the hallway (guest talking, housekeep carts, etc…) the room above and sometimes the rooms next door. This didn’t bother us but wanted to flag incase that was a main reason for anytime booking this hotel. Loved it so much, looking to go back in September! "

"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even the basic room we booked exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, had a balcony with a great view, and felt comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right. What impressed us the most was how all these premium features and services came at such a reasonable and fair price for a 5-star property. "We were a bit sceptical about the hotel after reading reviews about the food and rooms. We stayed six nights and upgraded to all inclusive. It was myself, my 14 year old and my 11 year old. The hotel is located in a small quiet bay where you can walk to restaurants and shops where you can potter about. The all inclusive food had a great selection with plenty of fresh meats, fruits and salads. The snack bar served fresh food throughout the afternoon. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the hairdryer in the room was faulty when we got there and was quickly replaced. We throughly enjoyed our break. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we can not fault any of them. I would definitely come back."
