"Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."

"Stayed at this property for 5 nights in July. Positives include: 1. Beautiful good size rooms 2. Good location within walking distance to grocery store and beach. 3. Free secure car parking included 4. Good air conditioning allowing good sleep Negatives: 1. Washing machine available but must pay 5 euros to access - this additional cost wasn't mentioned when booking the room. 2. "This place was perfect for our couples trip. The apartment was large, very clean and even had a bbq. The balcony is huge and we had an amazing view of the sea. "Very spacious apt , clean and great communication with staff, 2 supermarkets across the road which was excellent, and plenty of free parking which was even a bonus. Overall a great place to stay and explore all the fantastic beaches around the area. Only downside was a building site across the road from our balcony but that was a minor issue."

"Overall we had a great stay at Roberta's villetta. Her daughter was there on arrival and was very helpful throughout our week. The house was as described though perhaps they should point out the rooms are not all on different levels, so lots of steps. The garden and patio are lovely places to spend time relaxing, there's even a slight sea view through the trees. The pool and surrounding garden are great and there were rarely more than us using it. The town of Villasimius and the amazing beaches...
