"There was no functioning WiFi available to stay for a week. The location is great but the accommodation is run down . We went into the room and tried WiFi , no connection ! The owners spoke only Italian , he brought an old router that we used to connect 15 years ago… We could not check the speed of WiFi because no connection —>we told him we could not stay because we had zoom meetings scheduled . We could not cancel our reservation anymore from our end, the owner texted me to cancel 2 days...

"Che dire ... tutto perfetto, tutto meraviglioso!!! Casa dotata di tutto il necessario, ottimo spazio esterno privato dove potere pranzare e rilassarsi ascoltando il rumore del mare perché è proprio davanti casa. Posizione eccezionale, vicinissma alle piu belle spiagge di Villasimius. Jacopo, il proprietario di casa, è una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile; ci ha accolti con calore e dato indicazioni utilissime. Ci tornereremo sicuramente!"

"We spent 2 days early October in this beautiful appartment near Solanas. The appartment is very clean and stylish, has everything you need. The little terasse is perfect for having a wine in the evening. Vittorio is a very nice and reliably host. He picked us up at the gas station nearby. Everything was uncomplicqated. If you are lucky, you will be visited by a litlle cat, we called her Solanas. What one of the most affectionate and cute cat we have ever met! Perfect place for a couple to relax...

"L’abitazione l’abbiamo trovata esattamente come nella descrizione e foto dell’annuncio in tutte le cose indicate. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibilissima per qualsiasi cosa anche info sulla zona/spiagge/ristoranti. "The location of the property was perfect. A nice walk to the port and into town. Beautiful beaches all walkable and a fort. The bar was closed the entire time and there was no breakfast provided. However when queried a refund of €5 per day per person was given. The shower tan cold and often overflowed from the shower tray. The room was basic with no kettle but was clean and comfortable. "

"Roberto's place is great! The location is perfect. 5 min walk to the beach with beautiful sunsets & a short stroll to the town centre. Make sure to grab a late night gelato and do as the locals do and stroll through the main street. We had a car which was perfect for exploring beaches outside of walking distance & grabbing groceries. Also make sure to book a day trip on a boat so you don't miss out on the beaches you can't access by foot. All in all Roberto's place is highly recommended."
