"This is honestly such a great space. New, clean and very spacious rooms with larger beds than a lot of other options in the city. Very central and within walking distance to restaurants/shopping ect. I stay here every time in Glasgow. The customer service is exceptional and they tend to go above and beyond. Highly recommended. There’s ping pong/ billiards/ and a gaming system in the lobby so would even be a great space for kids. "

"Birthday treat with my good lady. Overall this hotel was great, staff were very friendly & helpful, reception staff even gave us two complimentary drinks vouchers to use at the bar as a birthday treat. Rooms were great & clean. The only downside of our stay was our room was at the end of a long corridor which had the service lift right next to it & we were woken several times in the early hours with the cleaning staff using the lift with they're housekeeping trolleys, but we would stay here...

"Staff are fantastic, couldn't be more helpful, whether in the bar or at reception. Room clean and tidy. Lots of choice for breakfast. Pool was nice, but not very relaxing as children in the pool were very loud. Had a lovely afternoon tea there as well and food was delicious."

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the only complaint we have is that the room smelt a little dank (it happens in humid locations and we understand that, I just am asthmatic and it bothers my lungs) The breakfast was amazing, great staff and overall excellent location. "

"One of the single beds a child was sleeping in made a loud creaking noise as if floor uneven/ and rocking. Toilet did not flush easily or not at all at times. Spacious room. Seemed to be quite a few children running and calling between 9.50pm and 11pm. However staff at breakfast very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast selection. Good blackout window dressings. Friendly hotel with excellent warm pool and changing facilities. Pleasant grounds. "

"Great location in Glasgow walkable to both Glasgow Queen St and Glasgow Central train stations. I never used a cab while there. Great breakfast and staff very friendly and efficient. Great location close to restaurants and pubs"

"Room was nice and clean but walls had a few stains on them. Bathroom was clean. The room was very nice spacious with large windows. Only problem was the noise from outside but after 11.30pm this stopped. Lift was not working but I don't use lifts and I was on the first floor. I did ask if there was breakfast but the assistant on the desk said there was not. "
