"We had a clean spacious room with a great view. The staff was exceptionally friendly storing our luggage so we could explore the city. The hotel is right by one of the trolley 28 termination points. Easy walk to several squares, lookout points and an elevator. Recommend buying 24 hour metro pass and exploring Lisbon using the Mundial as a home base. I believe it works on the elevator too."

"Not very far from the old city, and either a taxi or Uber will get you anywhere without raiding the bank! We had a problem with the shower stall. Water was leaking onto the floor. We did report this, but not much was done to fix it. "

Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A few areas could use some modernization, but overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. Staff in the dining area of the main floor bar needed better training - insisting that a salad contained no nuts (none shown as an ingredient on the menu) when it clearly did, then shrugging it off despite having been advised of a severe nut allergy. Pasta dinner arrived cold and it took several minutes after being served to get cutlery. "
