Took the water ferry from the airport to Fondamente Nove leaving us with just a 7 minute walk to the apt where we met Zelina who gave us all the info we needed for the apt and the area. Apartment is small for 3 people but it had everything we needed for our stay. It is so central you don't need to use the water buses which are very expensive. "This was our 1st visit to Venice and actually 1st time in Italy. The apartment was exactly as pictures shown and our host from Venice Villas Victoria was delightful and helped us everytime a question or need arose, which as far as the apartment there was no needs after arrived excepan extra towel and toilet paper which both were promptly delivered. I will always plan to stay with Venice Villas whenever we plan our next trip to Venice would love to see all there propeties. Thanks again...

Even though it is very close to the train station, the Grand Canal and some busy streets, the apartment is extremely quiet and peaceful, with only the sound of birdsong and church bells in the morning. The apartment was clean and comfortable, although we would point out that while the website advertises it as a 2 bedroom apartment, there is actually only one bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed which is OK but not a proper bed. I would recommend that the host change...
