"A gem of a hotel. Staff are helpful, friendly, warm. Rooms are simple, but highly functional. It is a bit of a drive to get up to the hotel which is perched on the most gorgeous mountain pass, but you won't be disappointed. About a 45 minute drive to access the Sellaronda for skiing (we got on in Corvara). Great breakfast and excellent restaurant for dinner serving Tyrolian classics. Our family of four stayed in a room which had a king sized bed in the main living area and two twin beds in a loft. Cute mountain hut across the road which serves food and drink. We ended our day with a warm Bombardino and Gluhwein. Perfect. Amazing value for the money. "

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars but felt it wouldn’t be fair. Here is a detailed review: hotel reception and facilities all get 5 stars. The restaurant has good selection of food options and quality is high but they charge 4.5 euros for tap water so 4 stars for the restaurant. I understand that this happens in Austria but in such up market hotel I expected better. They were generous with fruits and we found apple everywhere. The cafe was brilliant after ski. Peter who served us twice was fantastic. We ordered ham and cheese toast and beer and it was amazing. He is friendly and helpful. 5 stars go to the cafe for sure. Spa was amazing and choices of saunas and swimming pools and also sauna program by Rita was amazing so 5 stars there. They also have nibbles at the spa which is great. We didn’t try the massage service but prices seemed reasonable. The ski hire and storage were well organized and super convenient so definitely 5 stars. Sheki at ski hire was super knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were also good and comfortable but one issue and that is what super hot. So it gets 4 stars. Room cleaning was prompt and amazing and two issues we had was fixed immediately so 5 stars there. Overall a pleasant hotel which we loved and enjoyed our time"

"We had a great time at this Chalet as a family. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk to the lifts made it very convenient. Perfect location if you want to use the ski resort. Wil be back for sure. "

"Me and my partner recently stayed at My Arbor. The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a delightful balcony that offered breathtaking views of the valley. The hotel itself is stunning with modern in design and impeccably clean. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and unwavering availability. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, offering a wide array of choices, each dish more delicious than the last. Opting for the half-board option is highly recommended. A short walk through the woods leads to the cable car station, providing easy access to the slopes—a perfect setup for skiing enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the room was occasionally a bit cold, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable throughout the stay. Despite these minor inconveniences, My Arbor offers a unique and memorable experience. I look forward to returning and hope to see improvements in room temperature control and internet connectivity!
