"Das Appartement ist exakt wie beschrieben und es findet sich alles, was man braucht. Ein toller Service ist die Möglichkeit das Appartement auf Wunsch putzen zu lassen oder Brötchen für den nächsten Tag zu bestellen. Auch immer Sommer können Sauna bzw. Dampfbad genutzt werden und werden extra (auch sehr spontan) eingeschalten. Das Schwimmbad und der Whirlpool sind ein toller Luxus im Haus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "We had a great time at this Chalet as a family. Spacious enough for our family of 5 and comfortable. Just a few minutes' walk to the lifts made it very convenient. Perfect location if you want to use the ski resort. Wil be back for sure. "

"We absolutely loved staying at Adler! I'd definitely return for a visit someday. The spa was fabulous, the service was wonderful, everyone was incredibly friendly, the amenities were top notch, and the breakfast was delicious. I was really impressed with the aesthetic, cleanliness, and overall service. If you're looking for an accessible and luxurious place to stay- walking distances from the lifts, this is it. "

"An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended."

Would most definitely stay again

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"
