"The property is very spacious. Area is quiet and easy to get around. I felt safe staying here. There is also an elevator in thsi building so no need to worry about carrying your luggages up and down the stairs. Having said that, the unit was not left at its cleanest state. When we arrived, dirty dishes with food on them were still left in the dish washer. There were stains on the couch and hair on the ground (floor was like white so it was more noticeable.) "Lovely small hotel located up four flights of stairs but once you're there - it's great. Simple facilities - it's cosy but tasteful. Excellent breakfast available in a beautiful room. One-minute walk to the beautiful Estrella park which is an oasis in the city. Helpful staff. "
