"The property is very spacious. Area is quiet and easy to get around. I felt safe staying here. There is also an elevator in thsi building so no need to worry about carrying your luggages up and down the stairs. Having said that, the unit was not left at its cleanest state. When we arrived, dirty dishes with food on them were still left in the dish washer. There were stains on the couch and hair on the ground (floor was like white so it was more noticeable.) "Pedro and Carmilla provided excellent customer service, they were very friendly with excellent English. We weren't sure if the shared facilities were a good idea but they are honestly excellent showers, bathroom and kitchen and very clean. Exceptional value for money thank you for a great nights stay."

"It failed my white napkin wipe test for cleanliness. The desk staff is great. Jose and Tiago helped me with directions and how to use the transportation system and places to eat etc. I think the mattress is the thing they need to improve. The primary reason for a hotel is to sleep and the mattress is worn out. Time to replace it. "

"Lovely small hotel located up four flights of stairs but once you're there - it's great. Simple facilities - it's cosy but tasteful. Excellent breakfast available in a beautiful room. One-minute walk to the beautiful Estrella park which is an oasis in the city. Helpful staff. "
