"Room was exactly as advertised, and it was a reasonably priced fit for five people (although there is only one bathroom). Staff were super friendly, multilingual and provided a nice breakfast coffee (even on holidays). Great location for walking to several Roman attractions - Coloseum, Piazza Navona and Trevi fountain. Walk to Vatican took 30 minutes. Would definitely rent again."

"I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk brings you to the Forum and Colosseum and yet it’s quiet and uncrowded. The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. A few great restaurants and bars right on the doorstep with a huge variety just a short walk away. Best of all, the kindest and most accommodating owners you could ever wish to meet. We will return for sure and will recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"We loved our stay, the location is amazing! The team were fab, with a super friendly host who has a real passion for his business. The breakfasts were a work of art and curated beautifully, we didn’t need lunch after them. Our room 301 was modern, stylish, very spacious, with dual aspect windows, a great shower, lovely toiletries and bed linen. Our air con played up but was resolved… we will definitely stay here again! "

"We had a 6 night stay in this comfortable, clean, modern and spacious hotel. We loved the area, which is right across from the Opera House of Rome. There are lots of shops, great (and affordable!) restaurants and we walked everywhere in Rome without using any other transport (other than the Stadio Olympio). It is about 10 minutes walk from Termini Station, so we were there little more than half an hour from leaving the airport. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was absolutely superb. I would definitely come back stay here if I was lucky enough to be in Rome again!"
