"The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets...

Es war unser erster digitaler Check-in, daher etwas schwierig, aver ie Telefonischee KOmmunikation war sehr perfekt und seh freundlich und es hat alles geklappt. "There is only street parking and you may have to pay if you don’t luck out and find free parking. You walk with your luggage to the apartment, we struggled to find the front door. No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The room is small, but very comfortable and clean. "

"Very nice and unique accommodation. Very comfortable. Elena and staff very friendly and helpful. Superb restaurant extremely well decorated and wonderful food. Meal was reasonably priced. Great Italian breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Mountain town of Scarlino very interesting with fortress on top. Lots of history. Didn't use pool as we didn't stay long enough and it was October."

"The hotel is situated in a rural location, although there are factories there to. We were very kindly given a room upgrade which was very nice as we stayed with them last year. The room was spacious, well equipped, very comfortable bed and included a kitchen which was very nice to have the use of. All staff were very friendly, helpful and we made as much effort to speak a little Italian, to which I am sure they appreciated. A good location to stay. Ten minutes to the local beach which was nice...

"A super bright and comfortable room right in the heart of the old town over looking the water, super friendly people, clean and comfortable and charming decor! No toiletries but supermarket opposite the door so easy the get shower gel etc, it’s on the second flight or so travel with a lighter bag to carry! The little private beach past napoleons place is a great little find!"
