"Location location location! We spent 5 days walking Florence and this hotel was 5-15min walk to everything. Keep in mind they are in the heart of everything so it can be a bit noisy with the windows open but with the windows closed it was quiet enough. Our room had a balcony and we loved it. Had breakfast once and it was very good - a lot of food! Highly recommend this hotel "

"It’s good/average for 3 star hotel with good breakfast. Check in time is set and cant check in early ( but luggage can stay inside of locked area). Hotel/staff is helpful and clean. If you have small kids I wouldn't recommend, you have to pass by big crew of refugees every time you goto duomo/restaurant area. Only 6min from centrale/hertz. it’s excellent "

"Centrally located - 2 blocks from train station and tram to airport. Short walk to historic Florence city center. Friendly staff. Convenient breakfast room. Funky tomato soup colored bathroom fixtures. Eclectic wiring: bathroom switches turned off random sets of lights in the main room and nothing seemed to turn off the mirror or shower lights. Outlets worn such that plugs would fall out unless propped up."
