Customer service was not the greatest, although responsive via Whatsapp. I called to give one of the customer service some feedback on how my check-in could have been better and it felt as if I was talking to myself whereas if I was a business owner and someone gave me some feedback I would at least acknowledge it and ensure the customer feels heard - the rep just shifted blame onto Expedia. "Really nice host. Safe and secure location. Everything was clean but walls need paint and all cooking gear needs to be replaced. For such a Luxury price, they could spend $5K in paint and higher quality beds/couch (Costco, anyone?) and other furniture. Our backs will be grateful for a comfortable bed/couch back home. Oh, and make sure to ask where the building pool and workout room are located. There was no welcome package explaining anything other than a 4-line text with apartment's...

"My wife and I spent four nights here and enjoyed it vey much, it was clean and has a nice outdoor patio/balcony area. We used this as a base of operations to see Niagara falls, Burlington, and Toronto. The train station is right next to the building and goes to all of these areas if you don't want to drive. Very nice pool and hot tub area, Walmart is next door for convenience, great communication from the owner. Highly recommended!"
