"The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was quiet, restaurants and grocery stores were about a 3 - 4 minute drive away very convenient. The host was very responsive in terms of replying. I would recommend and stay again. One note, I was unaware of an additional temporary charge (hold on credit card) in terms of a security deposit for the rental. It was only a temporary hold but I was unaware of that and the i.d. check in scan (photo) having utilized other rentals...

"Upon arrival which was late light after a long day of air travel. Tripped over a beer can going in. Yard was absolutely filthy as was front lawn. Street was pretty and other homes were kept well. Microwave had food in it. Sheets had black pills on them. They did appear clean. Pillow shams and comforter smelled. "worst place ever stayed for working purpose's and the first time leaving the private apartment i rented when i returned to the property my door had been unlocked and was wide open my belonging missing.when i contacted global stay they i left the property to speak with then in private when i returned 20 min later the lock had been changed and my stuff inside.took 3 days of being on the phone till 4 am and 241$in longdistance charges.and 1000 dollars in missed wages which im expecting someone to...
