We needed to ask them to bring an electric heater, which was not sufficient either. - The entrance door of the unit was not sturdy. It did not look safe enough. - There were not enough towels to use. The ones available were of very poor quality and old."

"The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was quiet, restaurants and grocery stores were about a 3 - 4 minute drive away very convenient. The host was very responsive in terms of replying. I would recommend and stay again. One note, I was unaware of an additional temporary charge (hold on credit card) in terms of a security deposit for the rental. It was only a temporary hold but I was unaware of that and the i.d. check in scan (photo) having utilized other rentals...
