"This is a fantastic property for a fishing trip with a boat. Nice turnaround access for trailer, outside receptacle for battery charging and convenient side entry for quick access to boat. Very short drive to State (free) launch ramp. You can prep boat and drive straight to ramp. House was very clean and well equipped and beds were super comfortable.
