"This home is spacious and wonderful for a large group. We loved that there were not only beds for everyone, but tons of space in the living room and dining room. While in a community, homes were very spaced out and the lots are wooded, so you had privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!"

"We had a wonderful time! The property was well kept inside and out. I didnt mind the walk down and up the backyard to the dock but the roped off access that didnt allow for us to put-in our Yaks at, like we thought, was a disappointment. We did however sit on the well maintained dock and got the bluegill/ bream that was available from the location. Collins River was our actual ctual target drop-in site for the Musky though. "The saddest part about our stay is that we were only there for one night. The place was immaculate! Getting in to the place couldn't have been easier. The decor was beautiful and we LOVED the outdoor space with TV. It felt like we could have been on the outskirts of town although we were within walking distance of many downtown places. We didn't get a chance to check out much in town since we weren't there long, and much isn't open on a Monday night. But we were able to DoorDash from Cookeville...

"The hubby and I just wanted a quiet weekend getaway and this place definitely delivered. It was beautiful and cozy. It’s close to crossville and cookeville but far enough away at the same time. We enjoyed the fire pit and just looking at the river from the back deck. The only complaint is the bed was firm and my back likes a softer mattress. All in all this is a fantastic property!"

"Actually, my wife and I only needed someplace to lay our heads at night, so we really didn’t need a lot of extras. The home appears to be the parsonage of an older church building. Kinda cute. If you have kids or larger pets, you may have issues with the small yard space and the proximity to the road. As a plumber, I notice different things. One of the shower faucets has a bad, improperly installed cartridge and is difficult to adjust. Otherwise no complaints. "
