"This was our 2nd stay at the property. The room was clean, which is a top priority for me. The proximity to all of the offerings of Main street is the biggest appeal. Being within walking distance of all the shops is what will keep us returning to this property. However, there are some downsides. 1. Scratchy towels. Nothing about the towels could be defined as soft, they were rough on my face, hands and body. I would consider bringing my own towel from home. 2. Thin bedding. The blanket was...

"We absolutely love this place! It was fresh, clean, and comfortable! While we didn’t use the pool, it was really nice looking! We plan on staying here again when the weather is warmer just to use the pool! The lobby is really pretty and we appreciated the complimentary hot coco bar. This hotel is perfect!"

"Like the other reviews, the mattress is pretty hard, but we've stayed elsewhere where it was worse. The inn is very clean and looks like recently remodeled. My husband's vertigo kicked in so we were a little late to breakfast, but they accommodated us anyway. Would certainly use again."

"One of the best properties we have stayed at. They are commited to make you feel at home. Super cute and cozy. The breakfast picnic basket arrived to our room right at 9:00 a.m. with comfort food. Just lovely place to stay at. I would rate this place 10 stars if it was one of the options. "

"2nd to use this property when staying in Fredricksburg. This will be my go to spot for future visits. Best bang for the buck. Room is clean. Bed is compfy. Shower is hot. Breakfast has hot and cold options."

"The hotel was run by a team working in sync with each other. The front desk was efficient and friendly, noting the times for breakfast, complimentary fresh baked cookies, and remembering our names. Food staff was on top of it, keeping coffee and all foods stocked. The janitorial service was quickly emptying trash and wiping down food serving area.
