"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow. "

We were moved to a smoking room (we are a non smoking family) but it was for one night only and the wifi worked so I didn’t object (wifi needed for son’s school work). Loved the lights on the balcony at night!"

"This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes.
